Is There an Annual Limit on EB-5 Visas?

The Green card is restricted in number to 10,000 yearly and investment from a particular nation is restricted too. Depending upon how many applications you receive and the number of applications you receive each year – if you have over 10000 – you may be put on a waiting list based on your priority date (date of filing). Until recent times the maximum of 10,000 applications had not been reached. But in recent years demand for Chinese visas is often high, sometimes creating a waiting list.
